Enterprise cross-border networking · faster overseas operations

SD-WAN cross-border lines
Put your overseas operations on a stable path

A dedicated network path for cross-border sellers, overseas live streamers and multinational companies. Built on backbone capacity from licensed upstream carriers, it provides a dedicated, fixed local IP overseas and plug-and-play CPE access — addressing cross-border lag, linked accounts sharing IPs, and the long lead time of a traditional leased line.

Three things that commonly hold cross-border work up

TodaySlow access, stuttering streams

High cross-border latency, frames dropping during the stream, and viewers leaving.

With a lineA dedicated path with intelligent routing

Connect close to the region you are working with, avoiding congested stretches of the public internet, for lower latency and less jitter.

TodayMessy IPs across accounts

Shared datacenter IPs make it easy for a platform to link accounts, and stores and streaming accounts get restricted one after another.

With a lineA dedicated, fixed local IP overseas

One line, one fixed exit. The account environment stays the same over time and is not shared with other customers.

TodayTraditional leased lines are expensive and slow to get

A carrier's physical leased line costs a lot per month, and the wait from application to activation is measured in months.

With a linePlug-and-play CPE

The device arrives, you connect power and a network cable, and a consultant helps configure it remotely. Rented by the month.

What it does

Intelligent routing

Link quality is monitored continuously and traffic switches automatically between available paths, so a wobble on one line matters less to your work.

Dedicated native overseas IPs

Exit IPs assigned by a local carrier overseas, fixed and dedicated — suited to stores and streaming accounts you intend to run for a long time.

Bandwidth to suit

Choose a bandwidth tier for the job, and arrange a temporary increase with your consultant for a sale or a peak streaming period.

Nodes worldwide

Connect close to you in the main regions, including the United States, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam and the Middle East.

Encrypted transport

Point-to-point tunnel encryption. Your traffic is not relayed through public proxy nodes.

Split routing

Domestic traffic uses the local exit while cross-border traffic takes the line, so your existing internal and office networks are untouched.

What it is used for

Different work asks different things of the network, so the setup differs too

TikTok cross-border live streaming

A local IP in the target market plus dedicated upstream bandwidth, for fewer stutters and dropouts. Works for phone streaming and multi-camera streaming from a computer.

Cross-border store management

Running several stores on Amazon, Shopee, TikTok Shop and the like, one line and one fixed IP per store, with faster image and video uploads.

Enterprise networking across borders

Head office, overseas branches and people working from home on one internal network, reaching ERP, OA and file servers as if they were in the same office.

Overseas AI and SaaS

A stable path to the overseas AI, collaboration and cloud services that engineering and content teams use every day.

Overseas social media

Running several accounts on Facebook, Instagram, X, WhatsApp and the like, each in its own environment so one does not drag down the others.

Cross-border video calls

A dedicated path for Zoom, Teams and similar, for fewer frozen frames and less audio delay.

How to get set up

01

Tell us what you need

Describe the work, the regions you are targeting and the bandwidth you expect; a consultant assesses it with you one to one.

02

Plan and quote

We propose a configuration and a price based on nodes, bandwidth and number of lines. Once you confirm, you sign the terms of service.

03

Connect the device

The CPE is shipped to you. Connect power and a network cable, and our engineers help configure it remotely.

04

Go live

Once the line is up you can put it to work, and our technical team handles operations and faults from there.

FAQ

How is an SD-WAN cross-border line different from an ordinary proxy IP?

A proxy IP relays your traffic across the public internet, so the quality of the line depends on what the public internet is doing at the time. An SD-WAN line uses a dedicated path on the backbone and a CPE device at your own premises, which makes latency and packet loss across the whole path far more predictable — which matters for real-time work like live streaming. They are also billed differently: proxy IPs by the line or by traffic, lines by bandwidth and number of lines, monthly.

What equipment do I need to install? Will it affect our existing network?

You need one business-grade CPE device, connected after your existing router. Nothing about your current network has to change. The device supports split routing: domestic traffic carries on using the local exit, and only cross-border traffic takes the line. How the device is supplied, and the deposit rules, are set out by your consultant as part of the plan.

Can we test it before deciding?

Yes. Tell us about your work and the regions you are targeting when you get in touch, and a consultant will set up a test line so you can run the real thing — a live stream, a batch of product assets — before deciding whether to go ahead.

How long does activation take?

Once the plan and the quote are agreed, most of the time goes on shipping the CPE. When it arrives, connect power and a network cable; with remote help from our engineers it is usually connected the same day.

Is this service compliant?

This service is for ordinary cross-border office work and business communications. The network path is provided by upstream carriers holding the relevant telecom business permits, and IPTOYO acts as the service provider handling access and technical support for business customers. When using it you must still comply with the laws and regulations of mainland China and of wherever you operate, and it must not be used for anything unlawful. Ask your consultant if you need to see the licensing documents.

How is the price worked out? Why is there no price on this page?

The cost is driven mainly by the node region, the bandwidth tier and the number of lines, and the cost of landing traffic varies enormously between regions — putting a single number on the page would mislead more than it helps. Tell support what you need and we will give you a configuration and a price for it.

Get a plan and a quote

The price of a line depends on the node region, the bandwidth and the number of lines, so there is no one-size price. Leave us your requirements or contact support, and a consultant will propose a configuration and a price for your situation.
