Line for running cross-border stores

A store is a long-term asset, and a messy network environment costs you: slow asset uploads and a sluggish back office at best, several stores judged to be linked at worst. A line gives each store a fixed, dedicated local exit IP, so the operating environment stays stable even when people or computers change.

What usually gets in the way

Messy IPs across stores

Signing in to several stores from one exit, or from a different IP every day, makes it easy for a platform's risk controls to tie those stores together.

Slow asset uploads

Main images, videos and bulk listings take a long time to upload, which drags out the whole rhythm of launching products in peak season.

An unreliable back office

Seller consoles, ad consoles and ERP integrations keep cutting out, data does not come back, and you miss the moment to adjust bids.

How a line solves it

One line and one IP per store

Each store is tied to a fixed local exit IP that does not change. People and computers can change; what the store sees is the same network environment.

Dedicated upload bandwidth

Upstream bandwidth is not shared with other customers, so bulk image and video uploads take a predictable amount of time and launching products in peak season does not get stuck on moving assets.

A stable direct path to back offices and ERP

Seller consoles, ad platforms and your own ERP talk over a dedicated path, with fewer interrupted data pulls and API timeouts.

Your office network is untouched

The CPE supports split routing: domestic office systems and accounting software carry on using the local network, and only cross-border traffic takes the line.

What we would configure

Platforms
Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and your own storefront's back office
Node region
Chosen by where your stores sell — commonly the US, Southeast Asia and Japan
Number of lines
Plan by the number of stores; a line of its own for the stores that matter most
Bandwidth
Mostly asset uploads and back-office access, so you can start on an entry tier and adjust for peak season
Equipment
A business-grade CPE; one in the office covers several computers
Minimum term
Rented monthly, priced by number of lines

With a lot of stores, it is worth working through with a consultant which ones genuinely need their own line. Not every store does.

FAQ

I have 10 stores. Do I need 10 lines?

Not necessarily. The usual approach is a line of its own for the main stores — the ones carrying the revenue, where you can least afford a problem — and combining the test stores and the very small ones. Give your consultant the store list and where they sell, and they will propose an allocation. That works out a great deal cheaper than one line each.

How is this different from your static ISP residential proxies? Which should I buy?

Static ISP residential proxies are exit IPs bought by the line and configured in a browser or anti-detect browser. They suit running many accounts that each use relatively little. An SD-WAN line is a whole network path connected to your office network, carrying all of that office's cross-border traffic. It suits a settled team that needs steady upload bandwidth and a direct path to back offices. You can use both: proxy IPs for day-to-day multi-account work, a line for your main stores and your streams.

Can we still use it if we move office or work from home?

Yes — take the device with you, plug it in and it comes back. If your team is spread across several locations, multi-site access can be configured; mention it when you get in touch.

The price of a line depends on the node region, the bandwidth and the number of lines, so there is no one-size price. Leave us your requirements or contact support, and a consultant will propose a configuration and a price for your situation.
