It takes a few minutes to get going. Here is the whole process, plus configuration examples for the usual tools.

Before you start

This proxy service cannot be used directly from a mainland China network. Please arrange your own overseas network access before use.

Quick start

01 / QUICK START

  1. Create an account and top up

    Register with your email address, complete real-name verification, then add credit on the Top Up page. Alipay and WeChat Pay are accepted.

  2. Buy a plan

    Under Products, choose static ISP residential proxies or static datacenter proxies. Pick the country or region for the IPs and how many you want, confirm, and pay.

  3. Find your connection details

    Your service is activated automatically once payment goes through. Open Dashboard → My Proxies and click Connection details to see the server address, the ports (HTTP/HTTPS/SOCKS5), and your username and password.

  4. Configure your tools

    Put the connection details into your program, browser or tool and you are ready to go. Here are examples for the usual ones.

How often does the proxy IP change?

Static ISP residential proxies and static datacenter proxies are dedicated, fixed IPs. They stay the same for the term of the plan; when it expires you can renew or switch.

Which protocols are supported?

HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. Once your service is active, your connection details include a port for each of the three.

Can I choose a country or region?

Yes — you pick the country or region for the IPs when you order. Which countries are available and how many IPs you can get depends on stock at that moment. The rotating residential pool covers 190+ countries and regions.

What happens when my plan expires?

Renew it in your dashboard before it expires and you keep the same IPs. If you need more IPs, just buy another plan.

How soon can I use it after buying?

Your service is activated automatically once payment goes through — usually within seconds. The connection details then appear under My Proxies.

What if something goes wrong?

Reach live support through the floating panel on the right of the site, open a support ticket against the order under My Orders, or call 15506509303.
