1. Information we collect

To provide and improve the service we may collect your account information (such as your email address and contact details), your real-name verification data, and your order and usage records. We do not collect sensitive personal information unrelated to the service.

2. How we use information

The information we collect is used only for account management, order processing, usage reporting, customer support and service improvement. It is not used for any purpose unrelated to this service.

3. How we protect information

We protect user data with technical measures such as encrypted transmission and access control, to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration.

4. Cookies and site analytics

This site writes a small number of cookies to your browser and uses an analytics tool to understand how the site is used. Every cookie listed below is set by this site itself. None of them is passed to a third party, and none is used for cross-site tracking or personalised advertising.

• Sign-in state: keeps you signed in, and expires when you sign out or when the credential expires. It is required in order to provide the service — refuse it and you cannot sign in or place an order.
• Referral source (iptoyo_ref, 30 days): records the invitation code from the referral link you clicked, so that the referral can be linked to your account and the commission settled when you register.
• Traffic source (iptoyo_src_first, iptoyo_src_last, 90 days): records which channel brought you to this site (a search engine, an ad link or a referral link, for example), so that we can see how each channel performs. When you register or place an order, that source is recorded against your account and your order, purely for our own internal accounting of marketing spend and results.
• Live chat (iptoyo_chat_guest, 30 days): identifies a single enquiry session while you are not signed in, so that support can carry on the conversation.

Our analytics run on Umami, an open-source tool we host on the Company's own servers. It records the page address, the referrer, time on page, device and browser type, language, and the country and region inferred from the IP address; it does not record the IP address itself, and it does not use cookies to identify visitors. That data is stored on the Company's servers inside mainland China and is not transmitted to any overseas service or any third party. You can clear or refuse cookies at any time in your browser settings; apart from the sign-in state, refusing the rest does not affect normal browsing or ordering.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell or share users' personal information with third parties, except where the law requires it or where it is necessary in order to deliver the service (payment channels and real-name verification providers, for example).

6. Your rights

You may contact support at any time to see, correct or request the deletion of your personal information, and we will deal with the request within a reasonable time.
