Refund Policy

Please pay particular attention to the following clauses:

1. 1.Under the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests, the Interim Measures for Seven-Day No-Reason Returns of Goods Purchased Online and other applicable laws and regulations, the user confirms and accepts that the goods supplied by the Company are computer software services and that, once a paid plan or a custom service has been purchased, it cannot be refunded, except in the following cases:

   • 1.1If, within 24 hours of purchase, the service cannot be used for reasons not attributable to the user (a technical fault in the system, for example) and the Company is unable to fix the problem in time (within that same 24 hours), the user is entitled to a full refund of the faulty service purchased. In all cases the user should contact the Company's support team as soon as the fault is discovered.
   • 1.2The user may be eligible for a refund where the purchase terms or the subscription terms expressly so provide.
   • 1.3In exceptional cases, where the user's grounds for requesting a refund are sound and the circumstances show a refund to be reasonable, fair and necessary, the Company may at its discretion decide to refund the user. A user who believes this exception applies should contact the Company by email at support@iptoyo.com.

2. 2.Before paying, the user should make sure they understand what the Company's products do and what they are for. The IPTOYO website sets out the features and the limitations of every product in detail. Before buying, the user may contact live support for information about a product.

3. 3.Once the user has bought the Company's products offline, online or by any other means agreed between the parties, they hold the corresponding entitlement to the Company's products and services, and the Company will provide the corresponding service according to the user's requirements.

4. 4.The user has a duty to review the options with reasonable care and to choose a product that suits them. The Company's services are charged in a number of ways, including by plan, by product duration and by custom requirement; the services available and how they are charged are as officially published by the Company. The Company may amend its pricing and its charging methods as circumstances require.

5. 5.The services the user buys from the Company are limited to the products sold on the IPTOYO platform. The Company has no obligation to help optimise products the user obtained elsewhere and that the Company does not supply.

6. 6.Fees for the Company's products and services are stated net of any taxes. The user is responsible for all taxes, levies, duties and other charges connected with buying and using the service, where these apply. A refund is returned by the original payment method; the Company may deduct payment-channel fees, bonus credit granted on top-up and other reasonable costs before returning the balance.

This refund agreement is made between 广西汇流网络科技有限公司 (the IPTOYO website and its related channels) and the user in respect of refunds for purchases of the Company's products and services. The Company reserves the right of final interpretation of this refund agreement.
