User Agreement
Please read this agreement carefully before registering for or using IPTOYO services.
1. Acceptance of this agreement
This agreement is made between you and IPTOYO (the "Company") in respect of registering for, signing in to and using the services on this website. By ticking the box to agree, or by actually using the service, you are deemed to have read and accepted this agreement in full.
2. Account registration and real-name verification
You undertake to register with true and accurate information and to complete real-name verification (as an individual or as a company) as required by the applicable laws and regulations. An account that has not completed real-name verification may have limited access to some features. An account may only be used by the registered individual or organisation and may not be transferred, lent or sold.
3. Scope of the service and acceptable use
The Company provides proxy IP network services. You must use the service within the limits permitted by law and must not use it for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to: network attacks, intrusion into other people's networks, theft of data, distribution of unlawful content and fraud. Where such use is found, the Company may stop the service immediately and report it to the relevant authorities.
4. Top-ups, purchases and refunds
This website accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay and other licensed payment channels. Pricing for balance top-ups and for plan fees is as published on the purchase page. If you dispute an order or need after-sales support, submit a request through the order page or a support channel and the Company will deal with it promptly.
5. Protection of personal information
The Company collects, uses and protects your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and other applicable laws and regulations; the detailed rules are set out in the Privacy Policy. Real-name verification data is used only to verify identity, and sensitive fields are stored in masked form.
6. Changes to and termination of the service
The Company may change, suspend or terminate part or all of the service because of business adjustments, legal requirements or force majeure. Where a service has been paid for but not yet used, the Company will consult with you and settle the matter properly in accordance with the applicable rules.
7. Liability for breach, and exclusions
You bear all consequences of using the service in breach of this agreement; where that causes loss to the Company or to a third party, you shall compensate them as required by law. The Company is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party network faults or other causes outside the Company's control, but will do its best to help restore the service.
8. Amendments and dispute resolution
The Company may amend this agreement in line with changes in the law and the needs of the business, and will publish any amendment on this website. Disputes arising out of this agreement shall be settled by friendly consultation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction at the Company's place of domicile.
