Terms of Service
Please read the following terms carefully before using IPTOYO services.
1. The service
IPTOYO (the "Company") provides proxy IP services, including static ISP residential proxies and static datacenter proxies. By registering for and using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You must keep your account sign-in details and your proxy connection credentials (server address, port, username and password) safe; losses caused by leaked credentials are your own responsibility. You must not use the service for anything that breaks the law where you are, including but not limited to network attacks, fraud and abuse of target websites.
3. Billing and refunds
How each plan is billed (by traffic, by number of IPs, by bandwidth or by duration) is as set out on its purchase page. Apart from trial traffic, a plan that has already been activated is generally not refundable; if a fault in the Company's service leaves you unable to use it, contact support and we will work it out with you.
4. Availability
The Company will do its best to keep the service stable and available, but is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party network faults or changes in a target website's policies.
5. Changes to these terms
The Company may update these terms as the business requires. Updates will be published on the website, and continuing to use the service is taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
