11.11 Top-Up Bonus — Campaign Rules
During the campaign, every single top-up that reaches a tier earns bonus credit. The bonus is added as soon as payment succeeds and can be used to buy any product on the site.
Reseller accounts are not eligible for this campaign. Reseller accounts are billed at a contract price that is already below list price, and that price is not combined with the top-up bonus.

The highest tier reached applies. For a top-up above the highest tier, each further multiple of that tier earns the bonus again; whatever is left over then earns one more bonus at the tier it reaches. There is no cap on the bonus.
A single top-up is capped at ¥20000.00. That is an existing limit on this site, not a rule of this campaign. For a larger amount, make several top-ups — each one earns its own bonus.
Worked examples
These amounts do not fall exactly on a tier, so the bonus is worked out as described above:

1. How to take part
- Top up during the campaign period at Dashboard → Top Up. There is no need to register or apply for the campaign.
- The bonus is worked out automatically from the amount paid on each top-up and is added to your account balance together with the top-up itself once payment succeeds.
- Eligibility is judged on the time payment succeeds, not the time the order was created. An order placed before the campaign ends but paid afterwards does not earn a bonus.
2. How the bonus is worked out
- The bonus is based on the amount paid on a single top-up. Separate top-ups are not added together — two top-ups of CNY 100 are not treated as one of CNY 200.
- There is no limit on how many times you can take part during the campaign. Every top-up that reaches a tier earns a bonus.
- Bonus amounts are in Chinese yuan and are rounded to whole yuan. An amount below the lowest tier earns no bonus.
3. Using your bonus credit
- Bonus credit is added to your account balance alongside the money you paid, and can be used to buy any product on this site. There is no difference in how the two may be spent.
- Bonus credit can be used together with the real-name verification discount. That discount applies when you buy a product; the top-up bonus applies when you top up. The two are separate and do not cancel each other out.
- Bonus credit does not expire.
- Bonus credit cannot be withdrawn as cash and cannot be transferred to another account.
4. Refunds
- A refund on a top-up order is handled under the Refund Agreement on this site.
- Under that agreement, a refund is returned by the original payment method, and the Company may deduct payment-channel fees, bonus credit granted on top-up and other reasonable costs before returning the balance. In other words, the bonus credit granted on that top-up is deducted when the refund is made.
- On a partial refund, the bonus is deducted in the same proportion as the refund. For example, a top-up of CNY 1,000 earns CNY 200; refunding CNY 500 deducts CNY 100.
- If the account balance is no longer enough to cover both the top-up and the bonus granted on it (because the bonus has been spent), the refund is arranged case by case once our support team has agreed the arrangement with you.
5. Eligibility
- Any registered user of this site may take part.
- Reseller accounts are not eligible. Reseller accounts are billed at a contract price and that price is not combined with the top-up bonus.
- Where one person registers multiple accounts to take part repeatedly, or obtains a bonus by sham transactions, abusive top-up-and-refund cycles or any other improper means, the Company may withdraw eligibility, recover any bonus already granted, and deal with the accounts concerned under the User Agreement.
6. Other terms
- This campaign is run by 广西汇流网络科技有限公司 (brand: IPTOYO) and does not change the service content or the pricing of the products sold on this site.
- If force majeure, a payment-channel failure or a system fault prevents the campaign from running normally, the Company will publish a notice promptly and deal properly with top-up orders already paid. The money you paid to top up is not affected.
- These rules apply alongside the User Agreement and the Refund Agreement on this site. Where they differ, these rules govern the bonus.
