IPTOYO Dedicated IP Commitment for Static Lines
To all our users,
广西汇流网络科技有限公司 (which operates the IPTOYO brand; "we") is a specialist global proxy IP provider, committed to supplying businesses and users expanding overseas with clean, stable, business-grade proxy IP resources.
Guaranteeing that an IP is yours alone while you hold it is an essential part of keeping it clean. To protect our users' interests, we make the following formal commitment regarding the exclusivity of static line (ISP/DC) IPs:
1. The commitment
Every static line exit IP allocated to an order is, for the term of that order, an exclusive resource used solely by the user who placed it. It will not be resold or shared with any third-party company or individual in any form.
2. Details of the commitment

3. Determining a breach of the commitment
While this commitment is in force, the user may use any lawful means to check whether an exit IP covered by it has been sold more than once. For any exit IP suspected of not being exclusive, the user may submit the evidence to our staff for confirmation; if we confirm that the commitment has been breached, we will bear the corresponding liability.
What counts as evidence: a third-party company or individual other than us and the ordering user is able to use the committed exit IP for normal network access.
4. Remedy
Where both parties confirm that a proxy IP was not exclusive while this commitment was in force, we will refund the user 100% of the service fee incurred for that IP over that period.
5. Exclusions
The following do not count as a breach:
- The IP was leaked or hijacked by a third party through the user's own actions, and we confirm that the offending IP came from a line the user holds;
- The user asked us to transfer ownership of the line;
- Temporary unavailability caused by force majeure (a carrier backbone fault or a natural disaster, for example).
6. Effect and interpretation
- This commitment has the same legal effect as the user's order contract;
- IPTOYO reserves the right of final interpretation of this commitment.
